The final pathology report showed a moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma of the appendix with abscess and fistula formation and chronic inflammation of the urinary bladder. 最终病理报告显示为中等分化之阑尾腺癌合并脓疡瘘管形成及膀胱慢性发炎。
